The central coastal town of Nha Trang

The central coastal town of Nha Trang is home to breathtaking white sand beaches and offers many terrific sightseeing opportunities.
One of the best and most comfortable ways to explore the surrounding archipelago is by yacht.

The newly launched King Yacht, an international standard vessel invested in by the Hai Au Nha Trang Co., offers guests the chance to cruise in comfort and style while taking in the magnificent natural scenery.

From Cau Da Port, a smaller boat can be taken out to the 28- meter long, 7.4-meter wide, and five-meter high King Yacht, which was built at Nha Trang University’s Institute for Shipbuilding and licensed by the Vietnam Register. The vessel offers luxury cruising complete with a dining room and bar that can also serve as a conference area for business functions.

The 80-ton yacht has four modern cabins, each equipped with a television, Internet access and a porthole with a view of the sea. Guests are treated to traditional Vietnamese, European and Asian food with musical accompaniment at the 120-seat King Yacht restaurant.

To relax and rejuvenate, four-star massage services are available and at night, the ship’s large deck offers terrific stargazing.

Guests can choose one of two King Yacht cruise services: a US$50 day cruise which includes a five-course lunch, coffee, French wine, and a massage; or a $350 overnight cruise which includes all meals and use of all other facilities on the yacht. Prices are exclusive of value-added tax.

Both King Yacht cruise packages include stops at Mun, Mot and Tam islands where guests can swim and dive.

King Yacht Director Bui Nguyen The Vinh of the Hai Au Nha Trang Company spent VND20 billion (US$1.1 million) constructing the luxury vessel. Vinh used to work as a doctor in Khanh Hoa Province, and then ran a pharmaceutical company in Ho Chi Minh City for 11 years.

The ambitious entrepreneur says he had always dreamt of one day having a made-in-Vietnam yacht to serve visitors in Nha Trang, allowing them to explore the country’s coastal regions in comfort.
