Less than one kilometer away from Giang Mo Village of the Muong and in Cap Valley, there exists a quite different world of the Red Dzao Village hiding itself amidst the farms and orchards green all year round. If the Muong Village is wellknown for its traditional houses-on-stilts, Can wine, brocade, gongs festivals, then the Red Dzao Village attracts tourists by its manual cloth dyeing, colourful costumes, muntjac wine and strong and charming dances.
Tourists can study thoroughly about ways of Se lecting natural materials such as forest tree leaves, trunks, wild roots and under the skilful hands of the Dao girls to make up the costumes with full colours. Especially, if tourists visit the village during the lunar New Year's Festival, they will have a chance of witnessing the very peculiar Dance Festival of the Red Dao ethnic.
