The H’Mong ethnic monority lives mainly in boths Hang Kia commune and Pa Co Mai Chau district that makes up 0,52% of the population in Hoa Binh province. Its cultural life closes with kermise, festive day, Tet holiday which are in harmony with welcoming spring to celebrate. Besides, there are other festivals to encourage power and bravery such as: Horse-race, shoot with a bow and arrow, crossbow. They are very famous with special art of embroideries dress in wearing culture. H’Mong women’s traditional clothes including: Non Cut dress, Xoe rong, sophisticated design.
