The newest facilities at the InterContinental Asiana Saigon include a convenience store on the ground floor, an outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center, Residents’ Lounge and a business center. These are additional benefits for tenants of fully-furnished apartments with audio-visual amenities.
Tobias said Japanese were the biggest group of tenants at InterContinental Asiana Saigon Residences followed by Vietnamese, who account for more than 10% of the total number. Britons, Australians and Americans are also on the list of tenants.
Tobias said it was surprised that Vietnamese took the second largest group of tenants at InterContinental Asiana Saigon Residences.
She said the Vietnamese tenants in InterContinental Asiana Saigon Residences had contracts of nine months to five years.
Tobias said the InterContinental Asiana Saigon had received more inquiries from Vietnamese and foreigners, especially in the first half of January.
The residences measure 78 to 204 square meters and offer one, two and three bedrooms.
The residential building was inaugurated together with a luxury 305-room hotel of the same InterContinental brand on September 9, 2009. These two buildings are part of the Kumho Asiana Plaza, which also comprises offices for lease and up-market commercial shops.
